Front-Line DevOps Engineer (SLA Delivery Specialist)

As a Front-Line DevOps Engineer with 2 years of experience, you will be at the center of operational excellence—owning incident response, supporting critical infrastructure, and ensuring that our cloud-native systems stay reliable, fast, and available.

You’ll be the first responder for infrastructure alerts, working across AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform to diagnose and resolve issues quickly. This role is ideal for someone who is both technically skilled and thrives in high-stakes, time-sensitive environments.

• Respond quickly to alerts, incidents, and escalations—especially those tied to strict SLAs (5-minute response or higher).

  Act as the first line of defense during P1/P2 issues and participate in a rotating on-call schedule.

  Serve as an escalation point for client-impacting incidents, ensuring clear, professional communication with stakeholders.

• Diagnose and resolve real-time issues across AWS, Kubernetes, and Linux environments under time-sensitive conditions.

  Perform daily operational tasks: deployments, monitoring, patching, backups, and configuration changes.

  Work alongside senior engineers to troubleshoot complex infrastructure problems.

• Document incidents, write postmortem reports

  Analyze incident trends to identify root causes and drive preventive actions.
