We’re looking for a B2B Marketing Manager to own and execute our organic growth and content-driven marketing funnel — from awareness to marketing-qualified leads.

This is a hands-on execution role focused on SEO, content optimization, website management, and marketing campaigns.

It’s not a creative copywriting, sales, or social-media-only role.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the marketing funnel (awareness → engagement → MQLs)

  • Drive organic growth through SEO, content optimization, and distribution

  • Turn technical content into clear, professional B2B marketing assets

  • Manage website content updates (service pages, landing pages, event pages)

  • Coordinate with designers and developers to ensure brand and UX consistency

  • Plan and execute marketing for webinars, events, and campaigns

  • Create and maintain B2B marketing materials (presentations, one-pagers, event assets)

  • Track and report marketing performance (registrations, engagement, reach)

  • Research B2B trends and benchmark marketing quality


Sales follow-ups and lead conversion are handled by the BD team.

What We’re Looking For


Required Experience & Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing (tech or IT services preferred)

  • Strong background in organic growth and SEO-driven content marketing

  • Hands-on experience managing and updating marketing websites or CMS platforms

  • Proven ability to execute marketing initiatives end-to-end

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills

  • Experience working cross-functionally with technical, design, and business development teams

  • Strong research skills and attention to detail
