DevOps Support Engineer

• Be the first responder for DevOps-related support requests and incidents

• Write and maintain basic scripts and configuration files (Terraform, Kubernetes YAMLs)

• Assist in troubleshooting incidents under guidance

• Support the senior DevOps team with routine operational tasks

• Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to keep our systems healthy

• Monitor systems and alert the team to potential issues

• Learn quickly—because tools evolve, and so do we

• Document smart solutions and contribute to building a knowledge base

• Some hands-on experience or strong interest in AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform

• Quick learner with a growth mindset and eagerness to dive into DevOps work

• Good problem-solving instincts and willingness to ask questions

• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)

• Bonus: German is a plus!
